We have some exciting offers for 2012 available on our current show homes, both at Ballyhalbert Park and at Seahaven.

Prospective buyers also have the option of having a property custom built to their own specifications and located at either site.

In our Ballyhalbert Park the residents enjoyed a fantastic New Years Eve Ball on 31st December. Everyone througherly enjoyed a splendid meal, great music, dancing and of course a wee dram or three!

Saturday 28th January sees the residents enjoying `Burns Night` in the clubhouse
complete with a tradionial meal of haggis, neaps and tatties and off course the haggis will be piped in by a traditional Scottish piper.

Future events at Ballyhalbert Park:
St.Valentines Night 11th Feb, St.Patricks Night 17th Mar, Easter Party 07th Apr, Summer Ball 16th June, American Independence Party 07th July, Halloween Party 27th Oct, Xmas Dinner 15th Dec and New Years Eve Ball 31st Dec.

In addition to the above events, the residents have a `get together` in the clubhouse for a social drink, music and dancing on the first Saturday of every month.

As well as an all weather bowling green and fully fitted Gym at Ballyhalbert Park, there are a range of other activities: Line Dancing, Arts and Crafts, Walking Group, Keep Fit,
Snooker / Pool Club and Darts Club, to name but a few.

We currently have a range of single and double units available at Seahaven and a range of double units at Ballyhalbert Park.
